not sure sure where to start here, i was going to write about all the issues I've had with my original installer / tech that installed my custom gate , but why focus on the negative, let's talk about the positives. We recently had a gate installed in our driveway. Ron was a true professional throughout the entire process. We needed to coordinate with the gate installation company, concrete guy, and electrician. Ron facilitated to make sure each entity did what needed to be done properly so he could install the motor and other components to make our gate open and close with the push of a button. His understanding of the process, care to make sure everything was completed properly, and willingness to return to our house for a tutorial demonstrated his commitment to our project. Intelegates installed a motor on our recently built vinyl driveway gate. After getting 3 other quotes we went with intelegates because they seemed the most knowledgeable about the installation process and brought up multiple points and questions that were not even addressed by the other potential installers. The price was comparable to other installers but I am confident the completed work was much higher caliber. The job was done on time, very professional, excellent work, and responsive. We’ve reached out to Ron for help on automatic gates in La Canada and San Gabriel and he is always responsive, patient, thorough, timely and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
